Referral Program Terms and Conditions

We value our satisfied customers and want to reward those who help us grow! By recommending our services to other short-term rental hosts, you can earn credits toward your future invoices.

1. Program Overview and Rewards

• Referrer: A current or a new active customer of Shillinki Hosting Oy.

• New Customer: A short-term rental host who has not previously used Shillinki Hosting Oy’s services.

• Reward: For every successful new customer referral that results in a new signed service agreement, the Referrer will receive a 100 EUR credit (incl. VAT) for his or hers future Shillinki Hosting Oy's invoices.

2. Benefits for the New Customer

• New customers joining through a referral are entitled to a special introductory offer:

  • Free Onboarding: The new customer will not be charged the standard onboarding/setup fee.

 

3. Payment and Limitations

• Credit Only: Rewards are never paid out in cash or bank transfers.

• Usage: The reward is applied as a discount on the Referrer’s next upcoming invoice(s) from Shillinki Hosting Oy.

• New Contracts Only: Rewards are only granted for entirely new customer relationships that lead to a valid, legally binding service agreement.

• Non-Transferable: Credits cannot be transferred to third parties or other accounts.

 

4. Right to Refuse or Modify

• Shillinki Hosting Oy reserves the right to refuse the issuance of a reward at its sole discretion, without providing a specific reason or justification to the customer.

• Shillinki Hosting Oy reserves the right to modify these terms or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice.

• In cases of suspected misuse or fraudulent activity, any pending credits will be voided.

• Only referrals through the form above are counted in the Referral Program
