I'm interested in your co-hosting services. Who does the cleaning in the property?

If we have a contract that includes cleaning, then we'll take care of the cleaning, linens, towels, facilities etc. as agreed in our service contract. We use our own cleaners as well as external partners to provide these services.

Is your service management fee fixed or attached to the property rental revenue?

Our service fee varies depending on the scope of the service and the contract, but usually it is a certain percentage of the property's gross rental income. Kindly contact our sales to discuss pricing.

How does your company ensure good cleaning and service quality?

We use latest technological solutions to ensure work efficiency and to enable our employees and partners to use their time where it counts the most. This means smart route planning, enabling AI in communications and so on. This way we can provide the best service to our clients. We also use the best partners possible for operations as we understand how important great customer satisfaction is in the hospitality industry.

Who takes the insurance for the property? What does the insurance cover?

This depends on the service scope and the contract we make. In most cases the host takes the insurance for the property. It is important to double-check that the insurance covers short-term rentals as well as lost income in case of a possible interruption of rental.

Does your company offer a guaranteed return of income?

If we have rented the property from you with a fixed rent, then we of course pay the fixed rent each month. In other cases there is no guaranteed return of income for the hosts.

Can I influence the prices at which my property is rented?

Absolutely! You can contact our customer service to discuss pricing and on the changes you'd like to make. However please keep in mind that we check the prices on a daily basis to ensure that they are on point.

I'm interested in partnering with you for short-term renting of my property. Will the contract be fixed?

All of our co-hosting contracts are fixed for the first 12 months. This is because we do not have any starting fee for our service. It also usually takes some time for the property to get good reviews, visibility and bookings and because of that we want both parties to see how the short-term renting for the property works during the first year. The contract is however possible to terminate during the fixed period with a termination fee mentioned in your service contract. If you are interested to hear more about our service contract, kindly contact our sales here.

Where are the properties listed and who manages the guest payments?

All of our properties are listed in +300 websites. This makes it possible to reach higher nightly prices and better occupancy rates. We always handle the guest payments for our hosts, which makes listing your property to +300 websites hassle-free; we collect all guest payments to a separate client reserve account where we pay your rental revenue to you as a host once a month. This makes the rental payments process easy for you and saves your time.

I have my own social media platform (or website) I want to keep using to promote my properties. Is this possible?

Sure thing! Just contact our sales and we can discuss further on how we can co-operate while you'd be doing your own sales through your own portals.

If the guest who books the property brakes something there, will your company cover the costs?

In most of our contracts the property owner or property manager is the host towards the end-user and we are the co-host. In a case where the end-user causes damages to the property, they are liable for damages towards the main host or the property owner. We can facilitate the rental agreement process to ensure that there is a written contract stating obligations to cover possible damages, but we are not responsible for any damages in any situations that may occur. We could also facilitate a rental deposit payment process and guest vetting process, if this is something we have agreed on, but even in this case our company is not responsible for damages caused by end-users of the property.

How much more does properties advertised by you usually make in revenue when compared to private hosts?

Usually properties managed and hosted by us make +50% yearly more in revenue than properties managed by private hosts. This however changes depending on a region and on a property. We always suggest you contact our sales to discuss the potential of your property with us further.
