Raffle Terms and Conditions – Matka 2026

1. Organizer The raffle is organized by Shillinki Hosting Oy (Business ID: 3388855-2).

2. Eligibility The raffle is open to natural persons aged 18 or older.

3. How to Participate Participation takes place by filling out a physical raffle ticket at the Shillinki Hosting stand during the Matka Nordic Travel Fair (January 15–18, 2026). Only tickets completed during the official fair hours are eligible. Each person may enter the raffle only once.

4. Prize One (1) winner will receive a €500 travel voucher. The voucher is valid for six (6) months from the date of issue and must be used in a single transaction for bookings made at book.shillinki.com. Any remaining balance after a single use will be forfeited. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash. The gift certificate must be used for a rental that is for the year 2026.

5. Draw and Notification The draw will be conducted by the end of January 2026. The winner will be notified personally via the email address provided on the raffle ticket.

6. Taxation Shillinki Hosting Oy is responsible for paying the Finnish lottery tax (arpajaisvero) associated with the prize.

7. Use of Personal Data By participating, the entrant agrees that their contact information may be used for the purpose of conducting the draw. If the participant has given explicit marketing consent on the raffle ticket, Shillinki Hosting Oy may use the provided data for direct marketing purposes. All data is handled in accordance with our privacy policy and GDPR regulations.
